At Zubaaish by Nadia, every piece from our Eid Collection is crafted with precision, care, and premium finishing. As each design reflects exclusivity and detailed craftsmanship, we maintain the following return guidelines.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds except under the following conditions:
- You receive a damaged item
- You receive an incorrect product
Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images and order details. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Exchanges are only applicable for size issues (subject to stock availability)
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached
Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the error was on our part.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-measure outfits
- Altered garments
- Sale or discounted items
- Worn or washed products
4. Quality Check Process
All returned items undergo a quality inspection. If the product does not meet our return conditions, the exchange request may be declined.
5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved (for damaged or incorrect items only), it will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
